Description of Facilities

Norton's Shipyard and Marina, with 55 years of experience, located in a well-protected deep-water basin, is a neat, well-organized and well-main-tained facility. You will have a fine view of the boat basin, Greenwich Cove and Long Point. The marina has 160 slips ranging from 26 to 300 feet and the shipyard maintains 100 moorings. Norton's is the authorized dealer for Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, and Yanmar Marine Kngines.

Ashore the marina has a discount marine store, work sheds and the Meritime Restaurant. Harborside Lobstermania is on the west shore of Greenwich Cove an a short walk from the marina. The dining room overlooks Greenwich Cove. The restaurant features a nautical theme with natural wood. The atmosphere is casual and friendly.

Marina Approach & Docking

Norton's Shipyard and Marina is located at the mouth of Greenwich Cove marker N6. It is the first marina on the starboard side as you enter the cove. This is a well-protected basin with little current. The channel is reported to have nine feet of water and there is approximately 15 feet of water at the docks.

The friendly and knowledgeable dock staff are on duty daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in season. The office hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturdays.
